Patti Maes describes and wears a device worn around the neck $350.It has a Web cam portable battery and communicates with cell phone in the pocket. It allows for interaction with any surface to acquire any information. You use your fingers like a stylus. Ladies the tools can be placed on your fingers as painted fingernails. The video shows the instrument actually in use.

- Take a picture by using iconic gestures. This device uses system recognition to read the gesture and follow the command
